We are business enablers, responsible for mitigating risk while driving positive outcomes and supporting CyberArk’s rapid growth and expansion into new markets. With team members based across the world (US, Israel, UK, Netherlands, France, Germany, India and Singapore) and the help of cutting-edge technology, we continuously enhance legal and risk management practices and systems to strengthen the business. Job Description:

CyberArk is seeking a full-time Legal Counsel to primarily support commercial transactions for our European business. This person will negotiate with leading global enterprise customers and prospects, working independently with senior management and sales executives in our Go-to-Market organisation and other departments within the company, supporting other areas of the business and other projects as needed. The position will report to CyberArk’s Senior Legal Manager, EMEA Go-to-Market and may require limited international travel.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage and negotiate multi-jurisdictional sales transactions: SaaS, software licensing, services, channel resale and distribution, and related agreements covering privacy, data security and regulatory mattersSupport various departments throughout the organization, such as marketing, HR and corporate financeContribute to the Legal Team’s internal initiatives to support CyberArk’s rapid growth and enhance the way the Legal Team works, such as automation and efficiency, and adoption of AI/other emerging technologies

Qualifications

Requirements:

Admitted to the bar with or without private practice experienceFluency in speaking, drafting and negotiating in English and French; additional Italian or Spanish language skills or dual legal qualification an advantage3+ years of experience practicing commercial law in a global technology company or leading law firm, negotiating domestic and cross-border technology transactions, including SaaSEmbodies our Core Values, with a particular focus on:“Customer First” – creative and pragmatic thinker, who can provide excellent service to clients, think strategically and quickly establish a ‘trusted advisor’ relationship with internal stakeholders“Smart, Bold and Humble” – strong interpersonal skills; a team player who enjoys working in a dynamic and cross-cultural environment and embraces diversity of perspectives, is modest and respectful and consistently shows willingness to help others“What’s Best for CyberArk” – ability to work independently and proactively, managing priorities with minimal supervision and self-accountability; a motivated self-starter who is focused on delivering results
