Job Description
Rockwell Automation is looking for someone to join the EMEA Region legal team
You will report to the Assistant General Counsel EMEA in Katowice, Poland. You will be entitled to apply a hybrid work schedule per company policy, with primary office location in Katowice, Poland.
You will be part of the EMEA legal team (including also, the General Counsel EMEA and Senior Legal Counsel EMEA, both based in Belgium) as well as the global legal team (with colleagues in the US, Mexico, China and India).
Your Responsibilities:Provide, in cooperation with senior lawyers, comprehensive legal and compliance support in EMEA countries, including:general commercial law supportlabor and employment law support, privacy compliancereal estate contractscredit collection, dispute and litigation mattersmarket access, competition lawcompliance investigations,M&A and integration projectsselected corporate secretarial matters, with support of a paralegal and outside counselsAdditional ResponsibilitiesSupport new technology and compliance projectsThe Essentials - You Will Have:Legal master's degree; Bar training (ongoing or completed) is welcomed but not requiredAt least 2 or more years of relevant experienceWillingness to take on new projects and try new tasksExperience and ability to manage numerous topicsTeam-orientation; own initiative attitude; able to work in a cross-functional collaborative environmentExperience to discern what information is confidential and be trusted to keep that information confidentialExperience showing tact, when communicating with others at all levels in our companyProficiency in English; other foreign languages would be an assetThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:Project management skills; experience handling statutory accounts and corporate tax mattersExperience mastering an area of technical or professional expertise and looking for new knowledge, education and development opportunitiesExperience adopting new technologies to enhance productivity, and to leverage knowledge and informationWhat We Offer:Our benefits package includes …
