Accountabilities:
Drafting and vetting of all material and contracts for multi-million Dollar agreements including supplier agreements for all the different functions Lead and manage the litigation and arbitration process for the BU, liaise with external attorneys and advocates Present training on Anti-Bribery & COC, Competition Law, Data Privacy, Commercial Contracts, Speak-Up Investigations as and when required Provide legal advice and draft opinions on a vast array of matters Requirements:
LLB Degree and an admitted attorney in the High Court with good standing Minimum 5-8 years post-qualification experience at a large or niche law firm or a multinational FMCG company Solid commercial acumen and excellent drafting skills (agreements, resolutions, minutes, power of attorney, etc) Litigation and arbitration experience
