DescriptionDescriptionMajor responsibilities of this position include: (i) Commercial - provide legal advice on commercial and other transactions; (ii) R&D - handle product related R&D matters and provide legal advice on local regulatory requirements; (iii) Marketing - review advertisement and promotion materials; (iv) work on various regulatory issues and regulator engagement in Greater China regions; and (v) others – work closely with US legal teams on local law issues and provide legal advice to different corporate functions. This position will have the opportunity to work closely with different business teams, corporate functions and management.
