Lighting Legal Counsel will be responsible for supporting the main legal matters, e.g. purchasing, sales, quality, warranty, regulatory as well as the litigations related to BG Lighting globally, under the supervision of the Head of Legal Lighting and in close cooperation with all stakeholders of the HELLA and FORVIA legal and expert community.  Beyond this mission, the Legal Counsel will promote an awareness and understanding of business and regulatory requirements and ethical principles consistent with the laws, regulations and HELLA procedures, through its participation to expert and management meetings as well as trainings in Germany and in other sites outside Germany.
