Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Legal Counsel (F/M) to join Legal Affairs Commercial Operations and Finance department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team providing legal support to Digital, Procurement, Financing, Sales and Customer Services departments. As part of the Legal Affairs Commercial Operations and Finance department, you will be more specifically dedicated to the legal support of contractual documentation related to Airbus finance and commercial transactions.

Your challenges:You will deliver legal, structuring, drafting and negotiation support to the Commercial Teams for commercial, asset finance and/or aircraft leasing transactions with the support of other legal departments in Airbus and other departments such as Digital, Finance, Engineering and Operations.
You will identify and evaluate contractual risks and will liaise with the relevant departments to launch and monitor the necessary corrective actions.
You will support proactively pre-contentious or contentious matters in coordination with the relevant department. You will supervise external legal counsels whenever required.
You will lead and coordinate Commercial related work.
You will develop and implement the Airbus Ethics Compliance policies and Airbus Values and promote the same vis-à-vis internal clients.
You will monitor compliance with financial market regulation and Airbus policies and processes especially with respect to Ethics and Compliance.
Your boarding pass:English or French law qualification is mandatory / New-York law qualification would be appreciated.
At least 5 years’ relevant experience in asset finance and/or commercial transactions gained with an international law firm and /or large multinational company.
Ability to work efficiently to meet demanding deadlines while ensuring that the risks for Airbus are identified, mitigated and limited.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and analytical skills.
Language skills: high-level drafting and negotiation skills in English are mandatory.
