To strengthen our HUB team in Pilsen we are looking for: Legal Counsel Commercial Job Responsibilities + Advising the WACKER business divisions, in particular POLYMERS and POLYSILICON, on all legal issues in close cooperation with the Munich legal team + Drafting, reviewing and revising commercial sales contracts and other contracts relevant to the WACKER business divisions as well as supporting the business teams in contract negotiations - independently as well as with the support of a senior legal counsel + Supporting interdisciplinary projects from a legal perspective + Legal research, drafting of expert opinions and statements + Preparation and drafting of general terms and conditions, contract templates and sample clauses + Close exchange with the legal departments in Germany, China and the USA + Development and implementation of legal training measures + Monitoring legislation and case law in the relevant European jurisdictions Job Requirements + Fully qualified lawyer with a Master's degree in Law (Mgr.) + At least 3 years of professional experience in a law firm and/or as inhouse lawyer at a company + Experience in commercial law and contract negotiations is an advantage + Experience in providing legal advice to commercial or business teams + Very good knowledge of international contract and commercial law. Basic knowledge of German law is an advantage + Excellent written and spoken English skills, including legal terminology, are required.
