Legal Documentation Analyst

Required Skills & Experience 

Bachelors degree required Proficient with MS Office software including Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook. Proficient with Adobe Professional. Effective written, listening and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage high volume and short deadlines Effective problem solving, grammar, spelling, and proof reading skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines at any given time. Must be able to effectively and proactively manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while applying industry and process knowledge. Highly organized individual with special attention to detail; motivated self-starter with initiative, sound judgment and discretion. Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment. Ability to interact professionally with all levels of management and/or other departments Reliability Team player


What You Will Be Doing

Working closely with Sales, Structuring and Legal to review and prepare legal documentation related to structured products issuance. Coordinating time-sensitive material, handling confidential data, managing regulatory filings and providing support as needed. Drafting deal documentation (Term Sheets, Pricing Supplements and Notes) for structured products Liaising with Sales, Structuring and Legal teams on transactions Developing, testing and maintaining templates to enable automation of deal documentation for listed structured products issuances Reporting and escalating any legal-related issues to line managers as appropriate and coordinating with other members of the documentation team
