The Legal Editor II shall perform the following + Assist the Manager and/or Senior Legal Editor in leading and managing the team. + Suggest, develop and implement content or work strategies. + Serve as a Subject Matter Expert + Mentor Legal Editor I’s + Review and approve all legal content before publication. + Lead stand up meetings which are necessary for calibration of the team performance or processes + Assi st in the Ideation or Brainstorming sessions + Assist in the training, and provide support to new team members. + Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations. + Collaborate with other stakeholders and departments to ensure content alignment. + Perform the other functions of Legal Editor I.
