We are searching for the best talent for Legal Entity Accounting Specialist to be in Bogotá, Colombia. Purpose: The Global Services (GS) vision is to deliver world class financial services and give to the leadership, growth, value, and reputation of Johnson & Johnson. We are committed to superior professional development of our people, and we value a diverse, collaborative, high-performing, results oriented culture You will be responsible for: + Design audit plans in terms of schedules, communication protocols, timely escalation. + Make the statement of cash flows under IFRS for the legal entities under its responsibility. + Make the reconciliation between local and corporate figures. + Performs supervision tasks to analysts that include performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, etc. + Ensures veracity and adherence of Corporate policies and IFRS. + Monitors and facilitates the activities scheduled for each external audit. + Suggests changes in and additions to accounting practices and procedures. + Ensure compliance with local obligations in each of its regions in charge. + Implements such changes where applicable. **Qualifications** Education: + Education level required: Finance or Accounting Experience and Skills: Required: + Knowledge of general accounting processes. + Skills on performance and development of teams. + IFRS or USGAAP knowledge. + You should have at least 3 to 4 years of experience working in big four (PWC, EY, KPMG, Deloitte) or have under their responsibility the attention of the external audit. + Advanced Microsoft Excel, social skills, understanding of accounting principles and practices, compliance knowledge (SOX and internal controls) Preferred: + Knowledge of local regulations in countries other than Colombia + Knowledge in business analytics Other: + English advanced Level
