Job description:
- Preparing the text of the organization's contracts and monitoring the process of concluding them
- Collecting and reviewing the concluded contracts in terms of compliance with related instructions laws and regulations
- Preparation and compilation of expert reports on the status of legal cases and contracts
- Having full command of the English language to translate specialized legal texts and participate in meetings in the English language
- Familiar with the legal foundations of private and public companies
