Legal Intern

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Support and collaborate with our Legal team.  Assist in Environment, Social, Governance project duties.  Maintaining the confidential nature of client communication.  Provide other support to the team's efforts and regulatory advocacy. 

 

Required Education and Experience

In pursuit of a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree in a relevant business area.  3.0 GPA or higher.  Junior, Senior and graduate-level students. 

 

Preferred Education and Experience

Previous internship experience is nice to have, but not necessarily required. 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.  Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly collaborative and cross-functional team setting.  Excellent written and verbal communication.  Experience in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel. 

  

Travel (remove if not applicable)

Up to 10% travel may be required.
