**Job title:** Legal Intern **Your role:** - Assist the area manager with general legal advice within the company - Involve the legal experience of other internal legal experts or, if necessary, external advisors from various Hispanic North countries - Review legal risks that could affect the development of corporate governance - Accompany the area manager in the study and research on the legal implications of transactions related to the company's commercial activities - Manage legal projects, review jurisprudence, and update matters on labor, tax, commercial, and administrative law **You're the right fit if:** Students majoring in Law - Basic to Intermediate English - Proactive, responsible, and organized - Good communication skills with internal and external clients - Graduation requirement: Professional practice - Duration: 12 months **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
