As a legal intern you will work as part of a small team to assist our businesses located all over Europe with commercial contract matters. Your tasks may include: + Support in reviewing commercial contracts (e.g. NDAs, Services Agreements); + Support in drafting documents; + Updating, maintaining contracts database: input data, process reports; + Analyze existing contracts and record key terms in a contracts overview; + Familiarize yourself with our laboratory information management system (ELIMs) document management module; + Familiarize yourself with company processes, procedures and policy documents. + Enrolled in a bachelor of laws or master of laws; + Willingness to take on administrative tasks (such as inputting data into database); + Excellent command of written & spoken English (other languages are a plus).
