Veracode is seeking Legal intern to join our 12-week Summer Internship Program.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team. As a Legal Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of legal practice while contributing to meaningful projects and initiatives within our organization.

Key Aspects of the Role:

Conduct legal research on various topics, including case law, statutes, and regulations. Assist in-house counsel with review of commercial agreements. Provide support to the legal team in review of existing policies and procedures. Help maintain and organize legal databases and SharePoint. Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

Requirements:

Pre-Law program preferred. Actively enrolled in an accredited law school with an anticipated graduation date between December 2024-May 2027. Must be able to work a 40-hour work week (Monday-Friday) between June 3, 2025 - August 22, 2025 and reside in a commutable distance to Burlington, MA. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
