Legal Intern - Summer 2025

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our in-house transactional legal team. As a Legal Intern, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of legal matters, including: Capital markets, Mergers and acquisitions, Commercial contracts, Intellectual property, Non-disclosure agreements and Real estate.

About the Role

Assisting with the review and analysis of legal documents, such as contracts, agreements and corporate records

Conducting legal research and providing summaries to support decision-making

Drafting and editing legal documents, including memos, letters and other correspondence

Participating in meetings and discussions with cross-functional teams

Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism

About You
Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited law school program

Completed at least one year of law school

Demonstrated interest and coursework in transactional law, such as contracts, corporate law or mergers and acquisitions

Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship or work experience in a law firm or legal department

Participation in law school activities, such as moot court, law review, or student organizations
