ResponsibilitiesThe Legal Internship is one section of IDEMIA North America’s 12-week Summer Internship Program. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal operations adn support strategic projects that drive the company's growth and innovation. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have exceptional time management, organizational, communication skills, and the ability to solve issues quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Work alongside staff responsible for legal and administrative procedures.Conduct legal research and anaylisis to support corporate transactions and compliance initiatives.Assist in drafting policies, procedures, communications, memorandums, and standard documents.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and operations, to address legal requirements for strategic projects.Perform other duties as assigned to support the legal departments's day-to-day operations.What You'll Gain:

You are currently enrolled in an accredited law school (rising 2L or 3L preferred)Strong academic record and interest in corporate law, contracts, or business transactionsMust be authorized to work in the USProficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExcellent research, analytical, and organization skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsInterest in pursuing a career in corporate lawPreferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a legal administrative role or internshipPassion for innovative technologies and security/identity related issuesImportant Dates:
