About the role:
As a Legal Intern at TQL, you gain knowledge and experience working for the Legal Team at an industry leading company.  You will be responsible for providing support to the legal department by conducting research, updating and filing documents and coordinating with other departments as needed.

What you’ll be doing:

\n\nAssist in reviewing and analyzing cases involving non-compete violations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations \nSupport the legal team by going through trial and mediation documents related to ongoing court cases\nHelp revise and update the company’s employee handbook by researching applicable laws, ensuring compliance, and drafting clear policy language\nAssist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts and policies

What you need:

\n\nCurrent student graduating between December 2025 – May 2026\nActively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field\nConsidering law school is a plus \nAbility to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, handle pressure and work independently in an effective and positive manner\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written\nCan effectively handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment\nCreative thinker with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and superior problem-solving skills
