We are looking for Legal Interns to join our Dublin based Legal Resource Centre (“LRC”) 
This is a unique opportunity to become part of an exciting, dynamic and multicultural / multijurisdictional team of lawyers based in Dublin which provides support to IBM’s business in close cooperation with the local legal teams in various EMEA countries.

Your responsibilities:

General legal  agreement reviews and negotiation including confidentiality agreements, procurement etc.Transactional and contractual support to commercial agreementsGeneral legal queries across a variety of topics pertinent to IBM business Regulatory and anti-corruption compliance support worldwide.
