Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the legal department, providing guidance and oversight on all legal matters.Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the interests and support the objectives of the company.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations affecting the pharmaceutical industry.Provide expert legal advice to senior management and all departments within the company.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.Manage litigation and resolve disputes effectively to minimize legal risks.Collaborate with external legal counsel as necessary.Stay updated on changes in legislation and advise on potential impacts on the company.Foster a culture of legal awareness and ethical decision-making within the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or a valid certification in Law.Extensive experience in a legal consultancy or lawyer role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.Proven leadership and management skills in directing a legal team.Strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contract negotiation.Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Fluency in English; proficiency in Farsi is a plus.
