Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing specialized legal advice to senior managers and operational teams in the field of legal and strategic issues of the company.
Analyzing the impact of new laws on the company's operations and strategies.
Preparation Reviewing and negotiating contracts, agreements and other legal documents. Overseeing the correct implementation of contracts and identifying and managing potential risks. Eligibility requirements:

Having a lawyer's license.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of law (preferably business law, international or corporate law).
At least five years. Experience in the legal field, with a history of managing a legal team.
