POSITION SUMMARY Under direction of the Chief Legal Counsel, is responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and delivering opinions on actual or potential legal cases and risk management issues. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education

 

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing
Minimum Experience At least 7 years experience in a variety of clinical nursing discliplines
Required Registration/License/Certification RN license
Preferred Education N/A
Preferred Experience Charge nurge, critical care, med surg, mother-baby
Preferred Registration/License/Certification Legal Nurse Consultant certification (LNCC) from the American Legal Nurse Consultant Certification Board (ALNCCB) (or willingness to become certified)
