About the role:

As a Legal Operations Analyst, you will support the optimization and efficiency of our legal processes, systems, and procedures. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement strategies and provide data-driven insights that improve the performance of the legal team and overall legal operations.

What you’ll be doing:

\n\nSupport strategic and operational initiatives by assisting with project coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion\nIdentify inefficiencies and gaps in the current legal workflows and recommend solutions to streamline processes across the department\nManage Legal Department inboxes, ensuring requests are accurately logged and routed to the appropriate team members for resolution\nHelp maintain the Legal Team’s data environment by supporting data organization, reporting, and document management efforts\nGenerate basic reports and assist in building dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau to provide insights into legal operations\nLearn and apply SQL basics to retrieve data, create simple queries, and support reporting needs\nSupport training efforts by assisting with the development of training materials and helping team members navigate new technologies\nStay informed on legal operations trends and technologies, sharing relevant insights with the team to support innovation\nWork collaboratively with team members to prioritize and manage tasks, developing time management skills in a fast-paced environment\nCommunicate clearly with team members and stakeholders, summarizing data and process updates in an understandable way

What you need: 

\n\nBachelor’s degree in business, law, or related field\n2+ years experience in legal operations, legal administration, or related roles\nStrong knowledge of legal processes, technologies, and industry best practices\nExperience with legal management software and tools (e.g., contract management systems, e-billing platforms)\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
