In this role you will:
Support various operational tasks relating to subpoenas, summons, and other legal documents representing Wells FargoSeek ways to improve customer service experience and determine proper course of action based on customer needsPerform moderately complex administrative, operational and customer support tasksNegotiate with external customers to assure resolutions and deadlines are metProvide training to less experienced Operational Legal SpecialistsReceive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questionsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementSchedule:
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm ESTTraining:
You will receive in-depth on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, procedures, and services.Training will be for 6-8 weeks. Training hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday EST. You are required to attend the full duration of this paid 6-8 weeks of training.We’re open from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am -8:00 pm (EST). Your regular work schedule will be based on business need and may include working at least one weekend day.Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Legal Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Previous experience in legal order processingKnowledge and understanding of processing and handling summons and subpoenasExperience managing a pipeline of work from assignment to completionAbility to achieve high production and quality standardsAbility to identify potential operational issues and legal risksIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsAbility to read and interpret legal documentsAbility to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple prioritiesAbility to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environmentPosting Location:
