Legal Receptionist

Job Description:

Provide receptionist services for clients at their site.  This unique position will also assist in key Epiq services provided for our client.

Essential Job Responsibilities

​Reception

Includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional mannerWork closely with the client's staff to assist with front office Answer incoming telephone calls and forward to the appropriate person Take accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailable Promptly greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like manner Maintain a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby areaOrder and stock supplies as neededProcess billing invoicesPerform other administrative duties as requested

Hospitality Services

Includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies.Provide “White Glove” hospitality services Set-up meeting rooms as specified Perform walk through of floor(s) to inspect and ensure that all conference rooms and kitchens are clean, and stocked with suppliesClean pantry and kitchen as needed Provide support for miscellaneous requests and flex services Utilize various software and event planning programs to meet tasks

Mail Services

Includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per schedule 

Copy Services

Includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructions

Floor Coordination

Includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance 

Qualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 1 year work experience preferably as a Receptionist

Previous experience in a client service field preferred

Previous experience in a legal environment providing Front Desk, Copy and Mail Services

Ability to multitask with attention to detail

Ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy

Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook

Successful candidates must be fully vaccinated from COVID19 as a condition of employment prior to the start date

Work schedule; 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m Monday - Friday (In office / No remote work)

The Compensation range for this role is 18.46 to 23.08 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
