Description About the Role: We're seeking a detail-oriented intern to assist with an important research project analyzing arbitrator challenges in AAA-administered cases. This remote position offers valuable exposure to arbitration law and ethics. Key Responsibilities: + Review and analyze legal documentation related to arbitrator challenges + Collect and organize data on ethics and conflict issues in arbitration cases + Prepare structured summaries of findings + Assist in identifying patterns and trends in arbitrator challenge cases Required Qualifications: + Current law student + Strong analytical and reading comprehension skills + Ability to understand and analyze legal arguments, particularly regarding ethics and conflicts of interest + Excellent attention to detail + Self-motivated with ability to work independently + Strong organizational skills Location & Schedule: + Fully remote position + 10-15 hours per week + 3-4 month project-based assignment + Competitive compensation: $20-25 per hour This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in arbitration law while developing valuable research and analytical skills.
