The intern will assist in managing day-to-day employment, HR, and legal-related issues as they arise in the course of business. Responsibilities include: + Compiling data and tracking trends + Analyzing potential risks + Reviewing policies for compliance + Making recommendations based on review findings Additionally, the intern will be responsible for updating the AHS Risk Management Compass page. This involves: + Collaborating with the AHS Risk team to determine content. + Ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate. The intern will work collaboratively with the AHS Risk team, including members from claims, insurance, policies, risk management, and HR.
