\nSalary Range: $45,360-$56,700/yr
\nShift Hours: Mon-Fri (8am-6pm; 8.5 hour day with a FLEXIBLE START TIME)
\nPosition Overview:
\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Search & Retrieval Specialist to join our team. This non-engineering role focuses on managing, retrieving, and analyzing contracts and related documents. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent research skills, and a strong understanding of contract management processes.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n\n Will utilize various databases and tracking systems manage contracts\n Retrieve, review, and organize contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.\n Assist in the documentation and management of contract revisions, amendments, and renewals.\n Collaborate with legal, procurement, and compliance teams to ensure timely retrieval of documents for reviews and audits.\n Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to contract-related documents.\n Support the development of best practices for contract retrieval and management processes.\n Provide reports and summaries of contract searches and retrievals as needed.\n Assist in training and onboarding team members on contract management systems and processes.\n\nQualifications:
\n\n Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, or a related field preferred.\n Experience in contract management, legal support, or administrative roles is a plus.\n Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software.\n Excellent organizational and time-management skills.\n Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.\n Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nBenefits:
