We are looking for a Privacy Program Manager and Administrative Support as a member of the Global Privacy Office and the larger Group Legal Data, Digital & Privacy team. The Group Legal Data, Digital & Privacy team has the responsibility of overseeing all legal matters related to data, digital and privacy within the Roche Group to ensure Roche stays compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
The Global Privacy Office focuses on Roche’s privacy strategy and privacy management framework, orchestrating privacy at Roche through policy and a broad global internal privacy network. Aside from administrative office tasks, the Privacy Program Manager and Administrative Support will organize the global privacy network by maintaining and keeping up to data a register of the members of the network, prepare and facilitate network call meetings, handle data subject request and minor privacy incidents including communication, providing support in case of major incidents, fact finding and tracking.
Essential skills for your mission:
Interest, understanding and first experiences in data privacy principles and processes
Great written and verbal communication skills in English and German
You are either an EU citizen or hold a valid Austrian work permit
Bonus skills:
Successful privacy law training or certification, or paralegal education
Written and verbal communication skills in an additional European language
Knowledge of or experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or diagnostics industry or other comparable health industries or a law firm specialized in privacy laws
Experience working in a global environment

In Austria, mySugr has a legal obligation to disclose the minimum salary according to our collective agreement, which is gross 2.968 - per month for this position. But! Rest assured, we offer amazing competitive compensation packages which take into consideration current market trends, therefore you can expect a higher offer that reflects your experience level.
