Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Legal Secretary in the family law field. The position is based in Clinton Township, Michigan, United States. As a Legal Secretary, you will be integral to the smooth operation of the firm, with responsibilities encompassing the processing and e-filing of legal documents, editing and formatting legal correspondence, and liaising with courts. Responsibilities • Handle the efficient and precise processing of legal documents • Ensure legal correspondence is edited and formatted to a high standard • Manage and carry out e-filing duties with accuracy and timeliness • Maintain open communication with courts as necessary • Utilize your Family Law knowledge in the execution of your duties.
