The Legal Services Specialist is responsible for providing specialized litigation and operational support across the company, ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of day-to-day legal operations. This role involves coordinating legal workflows, managing case documentation, assisting with legal research, and liaising with external counsel. Serving as a key point of contact within the legal team, the Legal Services Specialist ensures the smooth execution of company policies while supporting compliance and regulatory requirements. A strong communicator who can effectively collaborate with internal teams and external counsel. Proactive and resourceful in solving problems and advancing projects. Interested in legal processes, compliance, and operational efficiency. Here’s more of what you’ll get to do: Assist in the management of outside counsel, including coordination and communication. Handle and track litigation caseloads, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met. Respond to discovery requests and agency claims. Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, reports, and supporting documentation. Support compliance with data privacy, security, and legal requirements. Maintain and organize legal records and case files. Contribute to legal projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs. What we require: Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Bachelor’s degree. What we prefer: Paralegal certificate. Prior experience in a corporate legal department or law firm. Knowledge of litigation processes, compliance standards, and data privacy/security practices.
