Position Summary

Support Legal function, cooperate to provide legal advice to Sales and Corporate Departments with regards to business contracts, policies and requested operations.

Role and Responsibilities

- Cooperate to give the right support to company divisions in legal aspects such as trade and commercial matters, promotions, contracts, agreements, prize operations, and general legal issues.

- Support to prepare and/or reviews contracts, letters of agreement and other documents to ensure their legal compliance.
- Collaborate to maintain contact with external consultants as required.
- Cooperate to ensure protection of Company by running extensively training with particular focus on Code of Conduct and IT Security.

Skills and Qualifications

- Educational Background: Bachelor's, Master's in Law

- Professional Background: n.a.

- Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools.

- Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken English.
