POSITION SUMMARY:
Milliman, Global Corporate Services (GCS) legal team is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Systems Specialist with proficient project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of system operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, along with the ability to support and collaborate on system projects efficiently. This role requires a blend of system expertise, problem-solving skills, and project management experience to ensure the seamless integration and functionality of our Legal systems.
Please Note: This role is classified as part-time hourly role. The candidate in this role will work 20-25 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Legal Systems Team Support:
Project Coordination:
Assist with developing project plans and timelines. Assist with monitoring project progress and communicate project status. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resources. Ensure compliance with application standards and project management best practices.Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with internal application professionals, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Effective communication with stakeholders to explain application issues and solutions. Prepare and present department reports on system performance, project status, and outcomes. Assist with auditing and maintaining standard reports for ongoing customer needs.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field The ideal candidate must have minimum 1 year of proven experience as a System Specialist or Business Analyst or in a similar capacity. The ideal candidate must have the strong knowledge of system applications (Microsoft office suite, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, etc.). Must have proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Must have strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED:
Relevant certifications. Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies. Familiarity with database management and software development. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.LOCATION:

The per hour rate for this role ranges from $33-$50/hour, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.BENEFITS:
