Leisure Club Assistant
We have an exciting opportunity for a Leisure Club Assistant to join our team as we re-open our Leisure Club, following a £2 Million refurbishment investment.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and delivering outstanding levels of cleanliness, safety and satisfaction to improve Guest and Members experience.
What will I be doing?
• Offer a consistently high standard of customer service to all our club members and Owners making them feel welcomed and valued and achieving our KPI’s
• Handling enquiries for new memberships including setting up appointments to view the facilities
• Organizing and executing children’s activities during school holidays
• Reception/ admin tasks
• Water testing and pool plant duties to ensure the highest standards of water quality & safety
• Merchandise products to increase sales
• Managing spa bookings and taking payments
• Comply with the cleaning schedules to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness
• Reporting of lost property, accidents, maintenance issues, or other incidents
• Be proactive in ensuring all members and guests are acknowledged in a timely and appropriate manner
• Ensure member and guest access to towels and consumables is uninterrupted
• Deal with any member problems effectively and refer any which you cannot resolve to your supervisor
• Demonstrate an awareness of customer priorities and anticipate needs
• Action all guest requests in friendly efficient manner
• Be aware of company policy and legal requirements that affect your role and always respect the privacy of our members and guests
• Ensure your activity always considers the health and safety of members and colleagues and that appropriate warning signs are visible where you are working
It is a requirement of the job to attend annual Pool responder training. You will also be required to be a trained First Aider and there will be the opportunity to gain fitness qualifications.
