Lending is one of our drivers of profitability.We are committed to developing lending product.Manage a suite of lending products that are not only accessible but also tailored to meet the challenges needs of our partners.Lending Operations team in particular, makes everything work on time and on target with execution accuracy and full visibility.

We are looking for passionate person with good communication, planning, analytical, and organizational skills that will contribute to both your personal growth and the success of the team. This position will report to the Manager and requires individuals who demonstrate adaptability with logical thinking. Additionally, the role demands an efficient multi-tasker capable of researching, processing, and interpreting large volumes of information daily, enabling you to make ethical decisions with integrity.

 

The Critical Task you will Perform:

Act as the functional heart of our Driver Lending businessSupport Lending Operations Manager in executing day-to-day lending operational process (front-to-back operations, e.g. disbursal, communications, reporting etc)Identify and solve gaps in the operational process to improve operations efficiencyLiaise with external partners and internal team to ensure smooth operationsAnalyze and investigate customer cases and operations issue to derive conclusionsYou will be based onsite in Grab Jakarta

Qualifications

What Essential Skill you will Need:

2+ year of experience in a lending or financial services environment.Strong knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.Proficiency in loan origination systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.Familiarity with financial statements and credit reports.
