Job Overview\: As a Level 2 Digital Analyst Support at Schneider Electric, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and analysis for digital systems and applications. Key Responsibilities\:
· Provide advanced technical support for digital systems and applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
· Perform in-depth analysis of digital systems to identify performance trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with Level 1 support and other teams to ensure timely and effective incident resolution and problem management.
· Proactively monitor digital systems to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
· Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles and support documentation.
· Participate in on-call support rotation and incident response activities as needed.
