We currently have a requirement for an experienced Support Technician with good technical knowledge and experience, to work on site and provide technical guidance and knowledge to an important client of ours.
Shadowing a more experienced team member you will be trained and mentored on the suite of applications we support which include various COTs applications as well as MS SharePoint, MS Dynamics and AEM. You will be dealing directly at times with the client so we do require highly developed communication, engagement and negotiation skills with an enthusiasm on achieving high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

What you will be doing
Providing incident/service request investigation, diagnosis and resolutionWorking with third party stakeholders and partners to resolve incidents/service requestsKeeping users updated and informed with ticket progress and resolutions in a timely mannerEnsure all incidents, requests and all other tickets are resolved with agreed SLA timeframesEnsuring that all system and operating documentation and knowledge is up to date and properly utilizedExperience with application patching and upgradesThe skills you will bring
Ideally 2 years+ experience in a similar roleMinimum NV1 Clearance is requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issuesKnowledge of enterprise content management principles, records management, and compliance standardsExcellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholdersProven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet project deadlines.Ability to provide periodic weekend and A/H on call support on a roster system (once suitably experienced)Our culture and benefits
