Job Description/Overview\: As a Level 2 Support Specialist at Schneider Electric, you will be an integral part of our NAM support team, providing exceptional technical assistance to our customers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities\:
· Provide system support for the SAP ERP to internal users.
· Determine how and who a User issue should be resolved. Resolve directly or get to the appropriated support team in a timely basis. Own the resolution of an issue once you are engaged.
· Deliver information to improve and enhance customer experience, to the User and Training Teams
· Develop and review knowledge documentation including white papers, troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles on how our SAP System is structured and features
