Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified **Level 2 Technician** to join their team **onsite** in Aiken, SC and provide comprehensive technical support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate extensive experience in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues while delivering exceptional customer service. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Provide advanced support for Windows-based systems, including problem diagnosis and resolution for hardware, software, and network issues + Utilize telephone, email, and chat to assist end users effectively + Perform imaging and configuration of desktops and laptops to meet organizational needs + Act as the primary contact for IT vendors during system implementations + Test and verify IT implementations, including network access, wireless connectivity, and telephony systems + Coordinate and manage relationships with IT vendors and local support teams + Serve as the on-site "hands and feet" for IT implementation and support at the client site + Ensure all IT service areas are supported effectively and efficiently **Skills and Qualifications:** + Minimum 3 to 5+ years of experience in deskside PC support, customer service, and technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and networks + Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while managing tasks and responsibilities + Hands-on experience assisting with IT implementations and project support + Expertise in Windows Operating Systems and some experience with Mac support + Proficiency in imaging desktops and laptops + Working knowledge of Active Directory for user and group management + Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems for workload management + Proficiency in the MS Office 365 suite and MS Teams for productivity and collaboration + Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills + Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams + Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills _We offer a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to: Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401k, Basic Life / AD&D, Supplemental Insurances Plans, Paid Time Off Plan, Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Leave plan, FSA / HSA Pre-Tax Benefits, Employee Discounts._ W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
