This opportunity is a 1 year contract with the possibility of extension. **Duties and Responsibilities:** + Provide install, move, add, change (IMAC), break-fix, and end user support activities as required + Stage, build, and image systems with standard client image + Complete special projects as requested + Provide technical training to more junior employees + Troubleshoot End User hardware and software incidents + Follow Asset Management policy and procedures + Complete monthly Cycle Counts **Skills and Qualifications:** + Minimum 3 to 5+ years of desk side support service experience + A+, MCP, MSCE or equivalent certification desired + Good knowledge of Mac device support is stronglt preferred + Strong working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications + Strong understanding of MS Windows operating systems + Strong communication skills + Strong analytic / troubleshooting skills + Strong customer support skills **$28.00 - $30.00 per hour** _We offer a comprehensive benefit package that you can elect into including but not limited to: Health Insurance (Medical, Vision, Dental), 401k, Basic Life / AD&D, Supplemental Insurances Plans, Paid Time Off Plan, Paid Holiday, Paid Sick Leave plan, FSA / HSA Pre-Tax Benefits, Employee Discounts._ W2 only, no Corp to Corp.
