We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team and contribute to our vibrant Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality early years education to children aged 3 to 5 years.Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that meets the diverse needs of all children.Develop and implement exciting and educational activities that promote physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.Observe and assess children’s progress, keeping accurate records and providing feedback to parents and carers.Work collaboratively with other staff members, parents, and external agencies to support children’s development and well-being.Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards to ensure the safety of all children in the setting.Encourage children’s independence and self-esteem while fostering a love for learning.What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.A compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine passion for working with children.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate initiative.A commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.What We Offer:
