Level 3+ Level 3 Practitioner Job Description Level 3 Practitioner – Honor Oak SE23 - 41 hours (4 ½ days) a week – £28,000 PA

A spacious nursery based in SE23 are looking for a Level 3 Practitioner to join their expanding team. This setting is 2 minutes’ walk from Honor Oak station, and only a 5 minute drive from Forest Hill, Dulwich, Crofton Park and Brockley. The nursery and preschool is open from 8am to 6pm, 51 weeks a year, for children from 3 months to 5 years of age. The setting has been designed with natural, sustainable, neutral materials and colours to create a calm, warm environment, and is regularly updated with new toys, equipment and educational resources.

What we need from you:
• Level 3 qualification in childcare or higher
• Commitment
• Passion to deliver outstanding childcare
• Ability to work within a team
• Broad knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

Your duties will include:• Taking charge of a key group of children
• Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop
• Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning.
• Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
• Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children
• Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children.
