Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Level 3 Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals! This position will be located in Melbourne, FL. This position will follow a 9/80, Hybrid work schedule.

The selected candidate will work closely with Global Surveillance (GS) team to meet the goals and objectives of the AS Business Management organization. This position will support the international portfolio of the Manned Aircraft, Multi-Domain Command & Control (MDC2) business unit.

Essential Functions:

Strategizes, develops, and manages comprehensive export authorizations to ensure compliance with US and foreign regulationsFollows business processes pertaining to export/import requirements and all necessary export and import licenses, permits, certifications, and technology release determinationsEstablishes and maintains relations with appropriate government regulatory agencies and internal customersAssures trade compliance through gate reviews for technical data, foreign travel, foreign visits and export and import shipments.Maintains applicable trade compliance records in accordance with regulatory requirementsRequires working familiarity with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Basic Qualifications for the Principal International Trade Compliance Analyst:

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in export licensing OR a Master's Degree with 4 years of related experience in export licensing/trade complianceDirect licensing experience with EAR and ITARMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with international suppliersExperience with OCR's EASE application (EEMS)Experience with SAP / GTS applicationActive DOD Secret Clearance

Salary Range: $76,600.00 - $115,000.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
