Mistras Group Inc. is in search of a Level III Rope Access technicians based out of Catlettsburg, KY. Temporary with per diem or Permanent Position. NDE certifications are a plus specifically RT.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:
Plans and supervises rope access methods on the job site and ensures compliance with the Mistras Rope Access Procedures and relevant company, customer and industry standards. Possesses and actively demonstrates strong working knowledge of rope access techniques, safety standards, and governing rules that apply to rope access. Consistently demonstrates and promotes adherence to Company and Client procedures and policies including safety, health, and environmental policies. Mentors and performs on the job training of Level I and Level II Rope Access Technicians as needed. Delivers Field Performance Assessments of rope access technicians and actively participates in company and customer safety programs Effectively communicates any issues or concerns to the Rope Access Coordinator and/or MISTRAS Safety Management. Performs work as part of a two-man crew during radiographic operations. Other duties as assigned.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Maintains certification as a Level I, II, or III Rope Access Technician (SPRAT or IRATA). Or an interest in obtaining such certifications. High school graduate or GED. Relevant bachelor's and advanced degrees are an asset. Meets the Company’s first-aid, CPR, and AED certification requirements at time of hire or within 60 days thereafter. Current team members must maintain these certifications at all times. Valid driver’s license within the state of primary residence, without restrictions. Able to effectively use technology including but not limited to computers and communication devices. Examples include strong competency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.) and online communication platforms. Capable of basic technology troubleshooting and proper use of communication tools.#LI-KM1
