In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Manages the Interactive Plant Environment (IPE) and Level Experience Center (LEC) to ensure plant is operational and keeps hardware and software updated with latest technologies Keeping them operational and updated as well as working proactively with safety.  Owning 5S; Install new equipment and have the overall responsibility for continuous maintenance of the IPE, LEC facility; Assume the Project Manager role and drive both small and major changes in the IPE and LEC; Assume accountability for device testing, encompassing creation of test plans, execution of tests, and preparation of test reports; Coordinate marketing and customer activities – promote the Level Innovation Centers both internally and externally, book customer meetings, host visitors, and offer tours, demos, and tests Responsible together with the training managers for developing the demo script / showcase for the in person or remote IPE, LEC experiences and work with coordinated marketing to build the supporting collateral and for the World Area’s / Industry teams to promote it; Support training organizations with trainings in the IPE; Research and identify learning opportunities for marketing and sales; Order, keep-up to date and coordinate demo equipment to external exhibitions Assume responsibility for monitoring competitor devices – Acquire new devices as they emerge and conduct comparative tests between their products and ours to ensure we stay informed about our competitors; Owns the Level Innovation Centers capabilities, scheduling and all associated technologies within the IPE, LEC and Isaksson; Work independently as well as interface closely with the Engineering & Development Organization, Global Training Organization, Business Unit Subject Matter Experts (SME’S), Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Service and Customers to develop instructional courses and curriculums in support of internal and external training strategic initiatives.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or equivalent; Minimum 3 years of working experience; Hands on and technical skill using instruments and related software’s; Proven leadership in driving improvements and achieving business objectives; Creative approach with a focus on collaboration centre’s and content creation; Ability to influence and make decisions at a strategic level.

 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

Strong collaboration and communication skills; English proficiency to business standards is required.
