Level Monitoring Surveying Manager

The role:

We currently have an opportunity for a Manager to manage our new level monitoring survey team within our award-winning Subsidence Services Division. You will managing up to 10 surveyors undertaking level monitoring and 360 survey team.  You will also be responsible for undertaking level monitoring surveys on your own portfolio of domestic and commercial subsidence claims, as the team builds. You will work closely with other members of the subsidence team delivering market leading customer experience.

Successful candidate should have experience in undertaking level monitoring and ideally managing land surveyors.

This is a nationwide opportunity with regular travel across the UK attending site visits.

You will have/will be:

Experience in managing successful teamA full UK Driving LicenceAbility to managing and planning your own workload whilst delivering professional advice to both claimants and insurersHave obtained or working towards surveying qualification e.g. BSc (Hons) Degree, HND in Surveying etcHave structural defects knowledgeExperience of insurance claims handling would be advantageous, but is not essential as training will be givenThe ability to be decisive in resolving matters, an appreciation of the importance of delivering outstanding customer service, excellent communication and empathy skillsA good working knowledge of IT, most Microsoft packages and Apple apps and ability to operate both Windows and Apple hardware devices
