About the Role

As a Client Manager, you will be responsible to manage revenue growth by retaining and selling Lex Machina products to Corporate Legal Departments. You will be assigned a territory of large and small corporations. 

Responsibilities

Negotiating and renegotiating contracts resulting in an aligned objectiveIdentifying, targeting, and maximizing revenue and growth opportunitiesPlanning own territory or account approach, and managing own resourcesDeveloping solid relationships with key customer contacts and decision makersEnsuring customer needs are met by gathering insights and reporting progress towards goalsTaking responsibility for the overall health and status of the customer relationshipMaintaining a tight record of all sales activityProviding customer feedback to internal partners regarding product or content issuesWorking closely with our Marketing and Sales leadership to convey market insights and sales initiativesCollaborating cross-functionally to deliver on common goals

Requirements

Display proven experience in sales and account management experience in a business-to-business environmentDemonstrate proven success negotiating contracts and closing businessHave experience interacting with C-level corporate executivesHave solid understanding and use of strategic selling techniques and CRM systemsHave solid communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsBe able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams and externallyBe able to occasionally travel (less than 10% of the time).
