SUMMARY
The Model Marketing Server will help generate revenue through the development and servicing of relationships with existing and potential target guests. Responsible for the quality of service offered to patrons of the LEX Nightclub. The Model Marketing Server will focuses on the development of a personal clientele list by performing in a public relations capacity when promoting LEX Nightclub. Responsible for entertaining guests in their assigned area including conversing, dancing, and beverage service. Maintains all assigned wardrobe/costumes in accordance with established standards and guidelines. Requests identification from customers when legal age is questioned and works in an efficient and professional manner while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering superior guest service at all times. Performs other duties as requested.

Execute marketing campaigns and strategies as directed by management Appear at scheduled promotional events as directed by management Maintain social media presence in conformity with LEX standards using company provided accounts Greet all guests promptly, with a friendly and upbeat attitude Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner Anticipate guest needs and adhere to all LEX Standard Operating Procedures Maintain all LEX Sequence of Service Standards Provide information to guests regarding our venues, menus and pricing Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area throughout shift Respond to guest concerns/complaints regarding service or beverages and correct Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers Report any incidents of theft, vandalism, or violations to Management Provide friendly, personal service, and a willingness to interact with coworkers and guests Provide professional guest services Commits self to the below listed LEX values, and acknowledges dedication to providing excellent guest service for our Guests and our internal team, at all times Proudly delivers a quality customer experience in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior sales or promotions experience a plus. Provide a friendly, personal, and a willingness to interact with guests Provide professional guest services. Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Aware of all property events and activities and utilizes effective communication tools to ensure that consistent, accurate and timely information is provided through the company and to potential customers.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma/GED required; college degree in Marketing or other related field preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a high level understanding of interpersonal skills to productively deal with business contacts and team members at all levels of the company. Possess a strong attention to detail and engaging presentation skills. Has the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staff, clients, and general public.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATES Must comply with all state and federal liquor laws and obtain/maintain appropriate licensing (Alcohol Awareness Card)
REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills are a must.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS & CASH HANDLING
Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure and calculate figures and amounts. Candidate must process Guest payment by cash, Credit card, venue comps and all other appropriate tender types. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate accounting of all bar monies and independent banking procedures.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate. Attend and participate in meetings in order to be informed of new rules, regulations and procedures and to discuss scheduling and/or other concerns of the Hotel and/or department. In addition to performance of essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of functions to be determined based upon the particular needs of the Hotel.
