Culina Logistics provides complete coverage of the UK via eight strategically located chilled warehouses, providing over 100,000 pallet spaces, with a massive 1.5m cases delivered daily.

We are looking for LGV/HGV C+E Class 1 Drivers on a permanent contracted basis at our Tilbury depot.

Shifts available

5ON 3OFF - 01:00am-03:00am start window.4ON 4OFF - 12:00pm-15:00pm start window / 16:00pm-19:00pm start window available.Shunter 4ON 4OFF - 15:00pm-03:00am shift. 

Salary:

5ON 3OFF - From £42,534 per annum plus excellent hourly paid overtime shifts.4ON 4OFF and Shunter - From £34,121 per annum plus excellent hourly paid overtime shifts.

Extra Incentives/Overtime rates:

Start times available between 12:00 – 19:59 – Shift premium of £10 per shiftStart times available between 20:00 – 03:59 - Shift premium of £15 per shift

Overtime (working an extra shift outside of your agreed shift pattern)

Monday to Friday - £18.14 per hour.Saturday - £21.56 per hour.Sunday - £24.82 per hour.

The role consists of completing deliveries and collections and Drivers must be able to commit to occasional nights out. 

QualificationsPossession of LGV Class 1 LicenceCurrent CPCKnowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers’ hours.Excellent communication skillsAbility to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.Effectively prioritise workload in order to meet set deadline
