Liability Adjusters

We have a fantastic opportunity for Liability Adjusters to work anywhere in the UK.
This is a technical, customer-facing role focused on investigating and handling EL & PL injury claims from a desk. You will assess claims of different values, working both independently and with referrals.
You will handle Injury claims for utility companies, using your skills to investigate and assess the claims, and instruct appropriate experts when needed. Soft skills and proactivity are important.
With experience in claims, you will identify suspicious information, follow procedures to prevent fraud, and evaluate evidence. The client is very customer-focused. You will answer correspondence, handle calls, update clients, and maintain diary processes promptly and proactively. Experience with utility or wet peril claims is a plus but not required. This role is suitable for those with injury claims experience.
